We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and execution of our Influencer Program while supporting broader Social Operations for Alexa+ brand marketing. This individual contributor role is responsible for scaling the influencer program, identifying new opportunities, testing innovative approaches, and driving ideas from concept to execution, while also contributing to the operational excellence of our social media programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, execution-oriented marketer who combines creative thinking with strong operational rigor and a passion for the creator economy.

  • Influencer Program Growth & Execution
  • Drive the growth and scaling of the Alexa+ influencer program, identifying new creator partnerships, platform opportunities, and content formats to expand reach and engagement
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including talent sourcing, briefing, content review, approvals, and delivery across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels)
  • Proactively pitch and develop new ideas to evolve the program, including new content types, creator tiers, platform strategies, cultural moments, and audience-specific approaches
  • Manage influencer relationships and day-to-day communications with creators, agents, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget
  • Coordinate influencer content production across multiple content types including feature inspiration, deals/high-value events, reactive/culturally connected content, and high-production-value creator partnerships
  • Own the influencer campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with broader social and marketing flight plans
  • Track and manage influencer budgets, including PO creation, invoicing, and spend reconciliation
  • Design and execute content testing frameworks, analyzing performance by audience segment and platform to surface insights and inform program evolution
  • Monitor influencer content performance against KPIs including impressions, CPM, VCR, CTR, and engagement rate, and compile post-campaign reporting and retrospectives with actionable recommendations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and creator economy developments to bring forward-looking ideas and competitive insights to the team
  • Social Operations Support
  • Support day-to-day social media operations, including content calendar coordination, publishing workflows, and platform-specific execution
  • Assist with social monitoring and listening efforts, tracking customer sentiment, product feedback, and brand health across social platforms
  • Help maintain and improve operational processes for campaign delivery, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination
  • Support social analytics and reporting, pulling data and compiling insights to inform the broader social strategy
  • Coordinate with customer service, communications, and PR teams on social escalations and real-time response needs
  • Contribute to the operational readiness of marketing moments and campaign launches
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Innovation
  • Partner closely with the Social & Partnerships Lead to translate strategic direction into executable plans and timelines, while proactively surfacing new ideas and opportunities to grow the program
  • Coordinate with agency partners, creative teams, paid media, and campaign delivery to ensure integrated execution across flights
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across influencer, social, and campaign workstreams, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, proposing experiments and pilots to push the program forward and unlock new growth levers

Basic qualifications

  • - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
