A flagship digital media and unabridged audiobook publisher operating globally with dedicated recording studios and an expansive catalog. They lead the digital publishing space by partnering with professional directors and award-winning voice talent to deliver premium content to a massive audience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project / Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform.

This role will sit at the intersection of an external delivery vendor, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders within the acquisitions organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across technical and business environments, keeping external partners accountable to scope and timelines while ensuring that the solution is properly tested, adopted, documented, and handed off at the end of the engagement.

This is a non-converting project role focused on MVP delivery , with a structured handoff to a future internal owner.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of the AI-driven platform MVP, ensuring alignment with project scope, milestones, and business objectives.

Manage the external delivery vendor and track progress against the Statement of Work (SOW) , timeline, deliverables, and agreed expectations.

Coordinate across the vendor, internal data/engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , coordinating business users, gathering feedback, tracking issues, and ensuring readiness for launch.

Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation throughout the engagement, including requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery status.

Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues as needed.

Support change management and adoption with business users throughout the MVP rollout.

Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and documentation for a smooth project handoff at the end of the engagement.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.

Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones.

Strong experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders .

Hands-on experience planning and running UAT sessions , including gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to create clear project documentation and support seamless knowledge transfer.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Availability to start ASAP and maintain strong overlap with U.S. time zones .

Advanced English proficiency , with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional environment.

Based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have

Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment industry .

Experience working directly with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams .

Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager .

Strong technical fluency across data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations.

Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments.

Experience managing projects involving external technology or implementation partners.
