As a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant at Solera, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive sales productivity and commercial excellence across the Repair business, including Identifix, ShopCentral, Hollander, and Qapter.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional training delivery and act as a trusted advisor who diagnoses business challenges, identifies performance gaps, and develops scalable enablement strategies that accelerate revenue growth, improve seller effectiveness, and support the successful adoption of go-to-market initiatives.

In addition, this role will serve as a visible representative of the Global Sales Enablement team through the delivery of Solera's flagship onboarding and readiness programs. The successful candidate must be comfortable facilitating extended in-person learning experiences, leading large cohorts of new hires, and operating confidently in environments where senior leaders and executives regularly participate as observers, contributors, and sponsors.
