Senior Sales Specialist, Malaysia (Med Surg)

Lead the growth of Stryker's Endoscopy business in Malaysia. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, Singapore and Malaysia, you will partner with leading hospitals and healthcare professionals to advance patient care through innovative surgical visualisation technologies. You will own key public and private hospital accounts, drive adoption of capital equipment and disposable solutions, and play a critical role in expanding Stryker's Endoscopy presence across Malaysia.

What You Will Do

• •Deliver monthly and annual sales targets for Malaysia while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.
• •Support surgical cases in operating theatres and conduct product demonstrations, product evaluations, and in-service training to drive product adoption.
• •Build and maintain relationships with general surgeons, colorectal surgeons, gynaecology surgeons, theatre managers, biomedical engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders in key hospital accounts.
• •Lead capital equipment sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract closure, including business case development, quotations, trade-in discussions, and implementation planning.
• •Map installed equipment theatre-by-theatre within key accounts and develop strategic account plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
• •Partner with distributors and channel partners to support account coverage, customer engagement, and clinical case support activities.
• •Support tender submissions, RFQs, and related commercial processes by coordinating documentation and customer requirements.
• •Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support commercial strategy and the Malaysia business plan.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• •Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience with 3 years of experience in Endoscopy, surgical visualisation and capital equipment sales.
• •Demonstrated track record of closing capital equipment sales with hospitals in Malaysia.
• •Experience supporting procedures in operating theatres, including clinical case coverage.
• •Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Current or recent experience with a leading Endoscopy or surgical visualisation company.
• •Experience managing distributors or channel partners.
• •Experience supporting Malaysian public sector tenders and procurement processes.
