Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - CDD 6 months

To support our Recruitment team, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team from January 2027.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the firm, working closely with Partners, Directors and Hiring Managers to attract and hire top talent.

You will also collaborate with and provide guidance to our Talent Acquisition Intern.

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will independently manage recruitment activities across the firm while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

Your Responsibilities

• •Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
• •Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and hiring strategies.
• •Source, assess and interview candidates across all levels of seniority.
• •Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• •Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• •Participate in job fairs, networking events and university relations activities.
• •Support employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
• •Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting.
• •Guide and support the Talent Acquisition Intern in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• •Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• •Experience managing recruitment processes autonomously.
• •Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• •Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are considered an asset.
• •Proactive, autonomous and results oriented.
