Senior Visual & Motion Designer (Internal Communications & Employer Branding)

We are looking for an experienced, highly autonomous Senior Visual & Motion Designer to lead the visual identity, video content, and art direction for internal communications and employer branding across key Delivery Hero global brands, including foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti.

In this role, you won't just execute static design requests, you will bring a strategic mindset and art direction to help shape concepts, messaging, and overall creative direction. You will act as the creative backbone for our internal brand presence, turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories across slide decks, short-form video content, animated social assets, event experiences, and internal comms.

To succeed in this role, you must thrive under tight deadlines, operate with high independence, and proactively drive projects forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

What will be your mission?

• •Executive & internal presentation design: Lead the end-to-end visual design for high-visibility C-level presentations, All Hands, and Town Halls (primarily in Google Slides/Docs). 
• •Employer Branding, social media & video content: Conceptualize, design, and edit engaging visual and video assets for LinkedIn and external social channels (including short-form video, reels, animated graphics, and video recaps). Partner closely with the team to contribute to social messaging, creative briefs, visual storytelling, and overall art direction.
• •Internal channels & animated assets: Create strong static and animated visual assets for internal Slack announcements, key leadership messages, custom animated GIFs/emojis, icons, and reusable design templates.
• •Event Branding & experience design: Design end-to-end visual identity assets for internal and external corporate events, including save-the-dates, video openers/loopers, photobooth backdrops, venue signage, and high-level decor concepts.
• •Brand consistency & creative direction: Maintain visual coherence and elevate static and motion design standards across multiple global brand guidelines (foodpanda, foodora, yemeksepeti).
• •AI Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools and efficient prompting techniques to streamline design exploration, accelerate production workflows, and deliver high-quality visual concepts at speed. 

• •Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, preferably in digital media and advertising agency environments.
• •Location: Based in KL, Malaysia (able to collaborate seamlessly with regional stakeholders based in APAC and Europe).
• •Motion & video expertise: Proven hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animated content production (e.g., event teaser videos, animated infographics, social reels).
• •Social media & content acumen: Proven experience in social media design and video content creation. Able to go beyond execution to contribute to strategic ideas, messaging concepts, creative briefs, and visual direction.
• •Presentation expertise: Strong mastery of slide design, layout, and visual storytelling, specifically with experience building slick, C-level presentation decks in Google Slides / Docs.
• •Technical mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• •Execution & turnaround: Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual and video work under tight deadlines with fast turnarounds, without sacrificing attention to detail.
• •Autonomy & proactivity: High degree of self-drive and ownership, you spot opportunities, take initiative, and operate effectively with minimal oversight.
• •AI Tool proficiency & prompt engineering: Practical experience using AI design and generative tools to rapidly prompt, iterate, and execute creative assets with high speed and efficiency without compromising quality.
