Compensation:

$55,000 to $75,000 Annually | Experience based

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
Consult with clients about their vehicle service needs and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure transparency throughout the service process.
Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed customer records.
Follow up on completed services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.

Valid driver’s license with a good drving record.
