  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Service- & Vertriebsassistent (w/m/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und unterstützen aktiv unsere Service- und Vertriebsprozesse:

  • \* Freundlicher Empfang sowie kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • \* Annahme und Koordination von telefonischen und persönlichen Anfragen
  • \* Planung und Organisation von Werkstattterminen
  • \* Unterstützung der Abläufe im Servicebereich
  • \* Fahrzeugannahme und -übergabe
  • \* Pflege und Verwaltung der Kundendaten
  • \* Kassenführung und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • \* Erstellung von Preisauszeichnungen
  • \* Unterstützung im Vertrieb

Das bringen Sie mit

  • \* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Automobilkaufmann/-frau oder Bürokaufmann/-frau) – Quereinsteiger sind willkommen!
  • \* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • \* Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
  • \* Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • \* Interesse an Automobilen
  • \* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • \* Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Loco-Soft
  • \* Englisch und/oder Polnisch von Vorteil (keine Voraussetzung)
  • \* Führerschein Klasse B
