Als Service Assistent (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie sowohl Aufgaben in der Verwaltung, als auch im direkten Kundenkontakt. Sie empfangen die Kunden und unterstützen das Serviceteam bei der Betreuung und Beratung, um eine maximale Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Service oder Verkauf
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

Ihre Aufgaben;

  • Vereinbarung und Überwachung von Werkstattterminen
  • Kundenempfang und Telefonzentrale
  • Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Kassenführung inkl. Abrechnung
  • Pflege der Fahrzeug und Kundendaten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unserem Serviceberater
