Service Concierge

Description

The Service Concierge role is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, keeps used vehicles in sound working condition and assists the vehicles lot manager as needed. In addition to the service concierge role, this position will also support the service department as needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• •Greets clients in a friendly manner.
• •Keeps vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• •Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. as needed.
• •Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
• •Keeps vehicles fueled.
• •Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
• •Assists manager with additional tasks as needed.

Education/Requirements

• •Highschool or GED preferred
• •Proficient computer skills required
• •Attention to detail.
• •Positive attitude.
• •Strong work ethic.
• •A valid driver's license with 3+ years of clean driving record.
• •Fluent in English.
