Service Concierge (Porter)

The Service Concierge role is responsible for moving vehicles, keeps vehicles in sound working condition and assists the vehicles lot manager as needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• •Greets clients in a friendly manner.
• •Keeps vehicles neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the lane manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• •Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
• •Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service bays and parking areas
• •Makes key tags for vehicles
• •Keeps vehicles fueled.
• •Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
• •Prepare and scan documents, for electronic retention purposes
• •Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives.
• •Maintains professional appearance
• •Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Requirements

• •Highschool or GED preferred
• •Proficient computer skills required
• •Attention to detail.
• •Positive attitude.
• •Strong work ethic.
• •A valid driver's license.
• •Fluent in English.
