  • in Vollzeit (39 Std. Woche) eine/n Service-Disponenten (m/w/d):

Telefonische Annahme der Serviceaufträge

-

Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Kundendienstangeboten

-

Disposition der Außendienst-Techniker und kaufmännische Abwicklung

-

Terminierung und Absprache mit Kunden und Service-Technikern

-

Verantwortungsbewusste Auftragskoordination und -abwicklung

-

Organisation der Inventuren und EDV-Erfassung der Ersatzteile

  • Kfm. Berufsausbildung mit sehr gutem technischen Verständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
