Your Day-to-Day:

• •Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism
• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• •Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances
• •Perform plumbing inspections and ensure systems meet local codes and regulations
• •Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear, effective solutions
• •Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, repairs, and options
• •Educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions
• •Support company goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and recommending upgrades when appropriate
• •Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

What You Bring:

• •3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• •Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is a plus
• •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• •A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills
• •Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and integrity
• •A competitive drive and desire to succeed
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• •Some sales experience preferred
