Serviceassistenten m/w/d.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) am Standort Rastede:

Durch Ihre freundliche und hilfsbereite Art heißen Sie unsere Kunden willkommen und tragen zu einer langfristigen Kundenbeziehung bei. Ihre herausragende Dienstleistungsfreude sichert unsere Kundenzufriedenheit und stellt die Leitlinie für Ihre tägliche Arbeit dar. Sie unterstützen unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben. In der telefonischen und persönlichen Terminvergabe gehen Sie auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden ein. Sie sind für die Rechnungsstellung zuständig und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag im Serviceteam. Die Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Tagespost fällt ebenso in Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich wie das Führen der Tageskasse. Die Stelle ist Voll-/ und Teilzeit geeignet.
