Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme und Werkstattplanung
  • Vertretung der Serviceleitung
  • Verwaltung und Administration
  • Telefonvermittlung, Schriftverkehr und Postbearbeitung
  • Terminverwaltung Service
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Datenpflege
  • Controllingaufgaben im Service

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Mechatroniker
  • oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung für Büromanagement mit sehr gutem technischen Verständnis
  • Erfahrung mit Unfallinstandsetzung, Kostenvoranschlägen für Lackierungen wäre wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamplayer
  • Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
