eine/n Serviceberater/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstatt- und Serviceteam
  • Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Unfallschäden
  • allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeit

Persönliche Anforderungen:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-technischen oder automobilkaufmännischen Bereich
  • Motivation und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Autohaus wäre wünschenswert
