  • SERVICEBERATER (M/W/D) IN ZELLA-MEHLIS

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Annahmebereich
  • Diagnose von Störungen und technischen Problemen an Fahrzeugen
  • Erstellung transparenter Kostenvoranschläge
  • Koordination von Terminen zwischen Werkstatt und Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Kulanzanträgen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kfz-Versicherungen
  • Beratung zu Zubehör, Ersatzteilen und Zusatzleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker/in, Kfz-Mechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und am Servicegedanken
