### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Annahme, Planung und Abwicklung von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt, Teiledienst und Kunden
  • Beratung zu Zusatzleistungen, Zubehör und Serviceangeboten

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker/in, Automobilkaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater/in im Autohaus oder im Kundendienst von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
