Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Serviceleiter (m/w/d) , die mit Leidenschaft, Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent den Servicebereich leitet und weiterentwickelt.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Servicebereichs
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Serviceteams
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen, reibungslosen und gastorientierten Serviceablaufs
  • Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Servicemitarbeiter:innen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Gäste bei Fragen, Wünschen oder Beschwerden
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienestandards im Service
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Bar und Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen, Banketten und Sonderaktionen
  • Kontrolle und Optimierung der Serviceprozesse
  • Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie (z. B. Restaurantfachmann/-frau)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten und sicheres Auftreten im Gästekontakt
