Das Lakeside Inn steht seit über 20 Jahren für besondere Gastronomie-Erlebnisse in NRW. Jetzt gehen wir den nächsten Schritt: zweite Generation, neues Konzept, starkes Wachstum und großflächige Events . Dafür suchen wir dich als Serviceleitung .

### Deine Mission

  • Du bist Gastgeber:in, Teamlead und Aushängeschild zugleich –
  • perfekter Service, starke Teams, begeisterte Gäste.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung & Entwicklung des Serviceteams (Einstellungen, Schulungen, Dienstpläne)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Service mit Vorbildfunktion
  • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Gästeerlebnisses
  • Planung, Akquise & Betreuung von Events (mit Leistungsprämie)
  • Beschwerdemanagement & kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
  • Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung
  • Aufbau und Etablierung des neuen Self-Service-Bereichs
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Service, Küche, Einkauf & Event
