Für den Standort Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort \*\*„Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d)"\*\* in Vollzeit (35 Std./Woche) und keine Schichtarbeit.
Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
- Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Unterstützung auf regionalen Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Technische und kaufmännische Überprüfung von Bestellungen
- Angebote nach technischen Vorgaben erstellen und nachverfolgen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Reklamationserfassung und Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Kundenschulungen
- Büroorganisation und Bestellabwicklung für Materialbedarf und Arbeitsmittel
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP CRM, ERP und MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
Die Stelle ist in der Ziel-ERA EG 07 = 24,33 Euro eingruppiert.
