  • Durchführung von FEM-Simulationen bereits in der Konzeptphase der Konstruktion zur optimierten Bauteilauslegung
  • Fachliche Bewertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse sowie die die fundierte Beratung interdisziplinärer Fachbereiche zur Optimierung der Produktentwicklung
  • Projektübergreifende Durchführung von Festigkeitsnachweisen, beispielsweise nach FKM-Richtlinie, zur Sicherstellung der strukturellen Integrität in die Systeme
  • Koordination von Simulationsdienstleistern:
  • Beauftragung und fachliche Abstimmung
  • Termin-, Qualitäts- und Budgetkontrolle
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, numerische Simulation, Computational Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Simulationsingenieur in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in impliziten und expliziten FEM-Verfahren
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Strukturmechanik sowie in der Festigkeits- und Lebensdauerbewertung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Schweissprozesssimulation wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Modellaufbereitung und Auswertung mit ANSA und META (oder vergleichbaren Pre- und Post-Prozessoren)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Solver LS-Dyna
  • Gute Programmierkenntnisse, z.B. in Python oder Matlab, zur effizienten Automatisierung von Simulations- und Auswerteprozessen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der Lösung komplexer technischer Aufgabenstellungen und Prozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
