About ACQ Media

ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.

Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.

We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media, it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.

We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems.

We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.

If you're joining ACQ Media, you're not here to just make content. You're here to help build a media powerhouse.

Role

This role is definitely not for the coasting. If you are someone who obsesses over reels and posts and have scaled Instagram accounts, this is the stage that matches your ambition.

You’ll work directly on the personal brand of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, or Sharran Srivatsaa, with the audiences, talent, growth opportunities, and resources most creators spend a career trying to access. You bring the creative judgment and execution to take it way further.

This is for the operator who has outgrown their current seat. You’ll build alongside people who challenge your taste, sharpen your strategy, and raise your standard. The opportunity isn’t another title. It’s the ownership, reps, and resources to produce the best work of your career.

Instagram is your specialty. Multi-platform ownership is the job.

You’ll own Instagram growth strategy and lead creative direction, workflows, and execution across all our social platforms. Every piece should earn attention without sacrificing the brand’s voice. You know how to make content perform and still sound unmistakably like the person behind it.

You’re a player-coach. You don’t just explain what great looks like. You can make it.

Post-production and design handle most of the output. You direct the work, coach the coordinator, and get on the timeline when your execution needs to set the standard. You can find the clip, sharpen the hook, cut the edit, and package it to perform. You won’t edit everything, but you will cut and ship select pieces yourself.

Then you’ll turn what works into a system: documented workflows, batch production, and performance metrics that inform the next round of creative. Your job isn’t to make yourself essential to every post. It’s to build a team and process that consistently meet your standard.

This is neither a hands-off strategy seat nor a pure editing role. It demands proven Instagram growth, hands-on creative ability, and the leadership to make everyone around you better.

Reports directly to the Creative Producer and must be in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Collaboration Across Functions

This role does not succeed alone. Your output depends on how well you work across the studio.

Partner daily with editors, art and design, and post-production, giving clear creative direction and receiving their craft input as peers

Work closely with the Creative Producer on editorial strategy, creative direction, and how social ladders into the broader brand ecosystem

Collaborate directly with talent (Alex, Leila, Sharran) and their teams on voice, POV, and content direction

Support the Social Coordinator's day-to-day publishing execution, providing strategic direction, copy approval, and performance feedback

Translate data and trends into actionable pivots for the team, so everyone downstream knows what to make more of and what to kill

Instagram-First Growth & Multi-Platform Leadership

Own Instagram growth outcomes across our brand ecosystem. Instagram is the primary accountability of this role.

Lead Instagram strategy and execution with a clear point of view on Reels, carousels, Stories, and emerging formats

Set account-level Instagram growth targets and translate them into a weekly content plan

Build and own the workflow, process, and social strategy across all other social platforms we operate on (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging surfaces like Pinterest)

Ensure Instagram-first content adapts intelligently across platforms, and that each surface has a clear point of view of its own

Stay ahead of platform shifts, algorithm changes, and emerging formats

Turn long-form videos into high-impact social assets that drive viewership back to the source (YT)

Brand Voice Ownership

Own the social expression of each brand voice you work on. Every clip, caption, hook, and thumbnail sounds and feels like the brand it belongs to.

Translate long-form talent POV into short-form voice without dilution. What Alex, Leila, or Sharran says on stage, DTCs, or in a podcast should land the same way in a 90-second Reel.

Build voice guardrails (in collaboration with the Creative Producer and Director of Content) the rest of the team can execute against. Editors, designers, and the Coordinator should know what "on-brand" means because you defined it.

Act as the final voice check for social content before content ships, catching drift before it reaches the audience

Creative Direction to Post-Production & Design

Own creative direction for social content to the post-production and design departments, who handle the majority of social output

Set the visual identity, editorial bar, and packaging standard across all platforms

Give clear, specific creative direction to editors, motion designers, and graphic designers so their output ships at the standard the feed demands

Review, approve, and give notes on work coming out of post and design before it enters the publishing pipeline

Hands-On Editing & Content Production

Personally cut selects, package, and ship short-form content when your taste needs to set the reference for the team. This is a required, ongoing part of the role, not a fallback for when the team is underwater.

Set the editorial bar by example, using your own selects as the standard editors and designers work back from

Identify high-retention moments in long-form footage and turn them into finished assets end-to-end when needed

Contribute graphics, motion, or design work where it sharpens the output (a plus, not required)

Systems & Process Creation

Build, document, and maintain the systems and SOPs that run the social function, from clip selection to publish

Create repeatable production workflows that scale output without sacrificing quality

Integrate AI-native tools into the workflow to compress cycle time and increase output

Own the operating cadence between social, post-production, design, and the broader production team, so nothing falls between the seats

Editorial Production

Review raw long-form footage to identify high-retention moments and viral content

Work with the Creative Producer to storyboard social-first original content

Oversee the social editing workflow, providing clear creative direction to editors

Ensure every piece of content has a clear reason to exist and a measurable goal driving towards the north star goals of the brand

Production Logistics & Asset Management

Partner with the Production Manager to ensure social-specific needs are met during shoots (BTS, vertical alternates, social promos)

Handle the logistics of dedicated social shoots: equipment, call sheets, and talent management

Manage the social asset library, ensuring all content is organized, tagged, and accessible for future use

Partner with the Social Coordinator to oversee the distribution schedule, ensuring
