- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and operational issues using logging and observability tools.
To be successful in this role you need the following (required qualifications):
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field and 4 or more years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 or more years of prior relevant experience.
- To be considered, must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

- Experience with containerization technologies
- Experience developing and troubleshooting software in a Linux environment
- Experience using Git and collaborative software development workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Ability to work independently on assigned development tasks while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team
You will wow us even more if you have some of these skills:
- Familiarity with DGX systems
- Elasticsearch certifications or other relevant technology stack certifications
- Experience supporting production or enterprise-scale software systems
- Familiarity with or experience developing applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI
