Independently leads the design, development, implementation, and support of complex Salesforce solutions and integrated technology platforms that meet business and user needs. Drives the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions by applying advanced best practices in Salesforce architecture, application development, system integration, automation, and software lifecycle management. Partners with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement third-party solutions, lead technical initiatives, establish platform standards, and mentor engineers to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
  • 1. Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements.
  • 2. Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
  • 3. Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • 4. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • 5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • 6. Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • 7. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • 8. Mentors and supports junior engineers to foster technical growth and adherence to best practices.
  • 9. Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains.

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
  • 2. In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI for code development.
  • Experience implementing third-party software such as Eloqua, Highspot, and Seismic.
