Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• •Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio:
• •Dell PowerEdge Servers
• •Power Store, Power Scale, Power Flex, Power Vault Storage
• •Dell Networking
• •Hybrid Cloud and AI Infrastructure

Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Customer Engagement

• •Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments.
• •Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
• •Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.

Pre-Sales Support

• •Support Account /Sales /Product Managers during the sales cycle.
• •Develop BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, solution proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• •Perform sizing, configuration, and solution validation.

Technical Demonstrations

• •Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• •Showcase Dell Technologies and competitive differentiation.

Business Development

• •Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation.
• •Collaborate with Dell sales teams, partners, and OEM alliances.

Experience

• •8–15+ years in Infrastructure, Data Centre, Cloud, Virtualization, or Enterprise Architecture
• •Experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture preferred.
