Die AWOSOZIALe Dienste gGmbH sucht ab sofort oder später \*\*eine/n Sozialarbeiter\*in/-pädagog\*in (m/w/d)\*\*in Voll- oder Teilzeit, unbefristet, für den Arbeitsbereich der ambulanten Betreuungen von Familien und Erwachsenen in Stadt und Landkreis Lüchow nach dem SGB VIII, IX und XII

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von Familien im Rahmen der Sozialpädagogischen Familienhilfe (§ 31 SGB VIII)
  • Stärkung der Erziehungskompetenzen, Begleitung im Alltag sowie Krisenintervention
  • Begleitung von Erwachsenen in der Alltagsbewältigung, Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Institutionen und Netzwerkpartnern
  • Dokumentation und Mitwirkung an Hilfeplangesprächen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Familien und Erwachsenen in herausfordernden Lebenslagen
  • Fachliche Kompetenz, Empathie und Belastbarkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Hausbesuchen
