  • TÄTIGKEITS- UND VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der Abklärungsprozesse (Clearing) und Hilfestellung bei der Entwicklung individueller Ziel- und Maßnahmenpläne
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen
  • Persönliche Betreuung der KLAR Teilnehmerinnen = Vorbereitungsmodul und Transitarbeitskräfte
  • Einzel- und Gruppengespräche (reflektive Methode)
  • individuell angepasstes Betreuungsangebot (flexible Gestaltung)
  • Unterstützung bei Behördengängen und bei der Suche nach Kinderbetreuung
  • Organisation von Angeboten im Gesundheitsbereich (betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung)
  • Begleitung zu externem Fachpersonal
  • Unterstützung bei Bewerbungen (bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Lebenslauf, Mail-Adressen,
  • Organisation/Begleitung Praktika (+ Dokumentation)
  • Regelmäßige Besprechung mit Arbeitsanleiterinnen und Teilnehmerinnen
  • Berichte für das AMS
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzepterstellung
  • Führung e-AMS-Konto (Ein- und Ausstieg, Abwesenheit, Berichte)
  • KLAR - Info Tage (RGS - Lilienfeld) + Vorstellungsgespräche
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der RGS Lilienfeld
  • Vernetzung mit anderen Einrichtungen (AMS - Kurse, Arbeitsassistenz, Schuldnerberatung)
  • Wir bieten:
  • Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV - Einstufung in die Verwendungsgruppe 8, Mindestgehalt € 3.348,90 Brutto in der KV Stufe 1 für 37 Std. Wochenstunden
