  • ✓ Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialarbeit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ✓ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Sozialarbeit von Vorteil ✓ Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Beratung und Betreuung von Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen ✓ Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie ✓ Freude am Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team ✓ Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Selbstmanagement sowie grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • ✓ Beratung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung oder Unterstützungsbedarf in verschiedenen Lebenslagen ✓ Umsetzung individueller Hilfepläne für die Gestaltung des Lebens ✓ Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen ✓ Verantwortliche Fallführung und Dokumentation der Maßnahme
