  • Die tiergestützten stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen der Patria GmbH befinden sich im ländlichen Bereich in den Gemeinden Salzbergen, Ohne, Quendorf und Wettringen.
  • Wir betreuen Kinder und Jugendliche rund um die Uhr vom Grundschulalter bis hin zur Verselbstständigung.
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Alltag
  • Übernahme von Bezugsbetreuungen
  • Koordination und Wahrnehmung von Terminen
  • Elternarbeit
  • Verfassen von Entwicklungsberichten sowie Aktenführung und Dokumentationen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen etc.
  • Dein Profil
  • Eine absolviertes Studium zum/r *Sozialpädagogein, Heilpädagog/in* oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung *zum/r Erzieherin/Heilerziehungspfleger/in*
  • *Student/in oder Erzieher/in* im letzten Studienjahr/ Ausbildungsjahr, welche als Fachkraft anerkannt werden könnte
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Empathievermögen, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Team- und Klientenorientiertes Handeln
  • Flexibilität/Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten
  • Unser Angebot
