# Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Strukturierung des pädagogischen Alltags der Kinder und Jugendlichen in der Gruppe
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Nachschulische Förderung durch das Konzept Silentium®
  • Regelmäßiger Kontakt zur Schule
  • Regelmäßige und systematische Beratungsgespräche mit der Familie
  • Krisenprävention und –intervention
  • Fallbesprechung im Team
  • Erstellung von Entwicklungsberichten
  • Vorbereitung und Mitgestaltung von Hilfeplangesprächen

# Dein Profil

  • Ein entsprechender Hochschul- bzw. Fachabschluss
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und erste Fahrpraxis
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit und für Kinder und Jugendliche
  • Interesse an der Arbeit im Team
  • Weltoffene, positive, empathische Grundhaltung
  • Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens
