  • Die Donner + Partner GmbH führt im Auftrag der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und der Jobcenter Maßnahmen durch mit dem Ziel, Menschen in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren.
  • Für unseren Standort Rosenheim suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine(n) sozialpädagogische(n) Mitarbeiter(in) für die Betreuung von Seminarteilnehmern (Arbeitslose, Arbeitsuchende, Flüchtlinge). Sie betreuen unsere Teilnehmer in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Seminarleiter, führen Einzelgespräche oder arbeiten mit Gruppen. Primär geht es um die Bewältigung von Alltagsproblemen unserer Kunden, um deren Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern . Bei Bedarf stellen Sie den Kontakt zu weiterführenden Hilfeeinrichtungen her.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personen mit Migrationshintergrund und/oder mit dem Thema "Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt" ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht Bedingung.
  • Wir erwarten einen Hochschulabschluss "Soziale Arbeit" oder "Sozialpädagogik" (Diplom, Bachelor, Master). Alternativ ist auch der Abschluss Pädagogi/Pädagogin (Diplom, Bachelor, Master, Magister Artium) mit Studienschwerpunkt Sozialpädagogik möglich.
