  • Für unsere Sozialstation in Dresden suchen wir genau Sie als

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation pflegerischer Prozesse mit fachgerechter Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Therapeuten
  • Mitwirkung bei Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Beratung von Klientinnen und Angehörigen
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards
  • Fachliche Anleitung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden

Wir wünschen uns

  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und fachliche Kompetenz
  • Freude und Spaß am Beruf
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • positive Einstellung zur katholischen Kirche und ihrer sozialen Arbeit sowie Identifikation mit den
  • Zielen der Caritas
