Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Sozialstation Pirna ab

sofort Sie als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation pflegerischer Prozesse mit fachgerechter Dokumentation
Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Therapeuten
Mitwirkung bei Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung
Beratung von Klientinnen und Angehörigen
Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards
Fachliche Anleitung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
