Specialist, AP service Delivery (Indirect) - Platform

• •Invoice Processing: Review, validate, and process indirect invoices, employee expense claims, and statutory/tax payments (e.g., VAT, WHT) in SAP.
• •Payment Execution: Prepare payment runs and bank transfers (e.g., via HSBCnet) to maintain target Paid-On-Time (POT) performance.
• •Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and monitor AP cash flow forecasts to optimize working capital and support treasury planning.
• •Banking Operations & Reporting: Coordinate directly with banks for payment processing and issue resolution. Prepare daily cash position reports, review bank payment advices, manage bank statements, and perform monthly bank reconciliations (BRS).
• •Vendor & Ticket Support: Manage vendor master data setup and resolve vendor/internal queries via Jira ticketing within SLA.
• •Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform monthly AP account reconciliations, aging analysis, and ensure adherence to internal controls.

• •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• •Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, or general accounting functions.
• •Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
• •Banking & Treasury Operations: Hands-on experience coordinating directly with banks for payment execution, bank statement management, and resolving banking issues (experience with online corporate banking platforms such as HSBCnet is a plus).
• •Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP (or other ERP systems) and experience using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) for query management.
• •Reconciliation & Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of monthly bank reconciliations (BRS), vendor aging analysis, and basic statutory/tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax).
• •Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
