Führung des Hauptbuches einer bzw. mehrerer Konzerngesellschaften (Accounting Betreuung):

  • Durchführung der Tagesbuchhaltung und der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussbuchungen und -tätigkeiten jeweils unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS und lokal)
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses inklusive Anhangs und Lageberichts (IFRS und lokal) in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Provider
  • Analyse und Prüfung abschlussrelevanter Sachverhalte wie Rückstellungsmeldungen
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Finanzdaten einschließlich Aufbereitung und Präsentation
  • Erarbeitung von konzernweit gültigen Arbeitsanweisungen / Standards und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Ansprechpartner für buchhalterische Fragen

Projekttätigkeiten:

Unterstützung bei Prozesseinführungen, -optimierungen und -automatisierungen innerhalb des General Ledgers

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzernstandards

Ausbildung (Abschluss)

kaufmännische Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher berufsspezifischer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter

Fähigkeiten

  • Fundierte Bilanzierungsfachkenntnisse nach HGB und IFRS
  • Sichere Anwendung der Rechnungslegungsstandards nach HGB, IFRS
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den SAP R3 FI-Modulen
  • Verständnis der spezifischen Anforderungen eines Management-Berichtswesens
  • Umsatzsteuerkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen

Berufserfahrung

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen / Bereich Hauptbuch

Sprachen

  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
