  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Auftragsbearbeitung und -abwicklung von LCL/FCL Import Seefracht
  • Unterstützende Dispositionsaufgaben
  • Terminabstimmung und -kontrolle der Verkehrsrelationen
  • Ansprechperson für Kund_innen und Lieferant_innen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Daten- und Systempflege)
  • Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Speditionslehre von Vorteil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung erwünscht
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Genauigkeit
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
