Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen Spezialist im Bereich Kreditsanierung (m/w/d).

  • Aufgabe:
  • Selbstständige Betreuung der zugewiesenen Problemkredit-Engagements im Bereich Sanierung
  • Analyse und Beurteilung der Sanierungsfähigkeit und - würdigkeit von Kreditnehmern
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Sanierungsverhandlungen und -gesprächen
  • Entwicklung interner Sanierungs-, Konsolidierungs- und Aussteigskonzepte
  • Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung von Kreditanträgen für zugeordnete Engagements im Rahmen der eigenen Kreditkompetenz
  • Erstellung von fachgerechten marktfolge-Voten im risikorelevanten Kreditgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Entscheidungen zur Bildung von Einzelwerberichtigungen und Rückstellungen
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) und ein Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Beurteiilung wirtschaftlicher Verhältnisse und von Kreditsicherheiten mit
  • Sie haben bereits Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Problemkreditengagements
  • Sie handeln Verantwortungsbewusst und Denken und Handeln lösungsorientiert
