💼 Das ist dein Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Akquisition, ganzheitliche Beratung und Betreuung von Firmenkunden im Bereich strukturierter Finanzierungen
  • Strukturierung, Verhandlung und Umsetzung komplexer Finanzierungslösungen, insbesondere syndizierter Kredite, Akquisitionsfinanzierungen und Schuldscheindarlehen
  • Übernahme der Produktverantwortung für ausgewählte Finanzierungsprodukte sowie Weiterentwicklung von Produktstrategien und Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks sowie Koordination von Konsortialprozessen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung des Vertriebs durch Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Produktplatzierung sowie Wissensvermittlung im Bereich Corporate Finance

🎯 Damit überzeugst du uns:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Firmenkundengeschäft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Finance, strukturierter Finanzierung sowie im vertriebsorientierten Kundengeschäft
  • Ausgeprägte betriebswirtschaftliche, analytische und rechtliche Fachkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in Finanzmodellierung und der Anwendung von MS Office
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz gepaart mit sicherem Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
