Bei uns begleitest du den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer pharmazeutischen Spezialmaschinen – von der ersten Codezeile bis zur Inbetriebnahme:

  • Entwicklung & Systemintegration: Du konzipierst Software-Architekturen sowie SPS-Programme (Siemens TIA Portal / Rockwell) und Visualisierungen und verantwortest die anspruchsvolle Integration von hochmodernen Robotersystemen (z. B. Stäubli) in bestehende und neue Produktionslinien unserer Kunden.
  • Modellierung & Validierung: Du erstellst funktionale Designspezifikationen (FDS) und Validierungsdokumentationen nach den strengen GMP-/GAMP-5-Richtlinien des Pharmasektors.
  • Inbetriebnahme & Kundendienst: Du nimmst die Spezialmaschinen virtuell sowie vor Ort in Betrieb (FAT/SAT). Nach der Installation unterstützt du die Kunden per Remote-Support oder behebst Fehler direkt vor Ort.
  • Planbare Reisetätigkeit: Deine Einsätze im In- und Ausland zur Anlageninstallation und für den Service sind sehr gut organisiert und dauern maximal ein bis zwei Wochen am Stück . -> besser 2-3 Wochen
  • Fundierte Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (z. B. staatlich geprüfter Techniker) mit erster Berufserfahrung.
  • Software-Kenntnisse: Sichere Anwendung von Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell (Studio 5000) sowie Kenntnisse in strukturiertem Text (ST) oder ähnlichen Hochsprachen. HMI-Entwicklung, SCADA-Systemen & MES-Integration
  • Schnittstellen & Standards: Erfahrung mit industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen (ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA) und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit GMP-/FDA-Vorschriften im regulierten Umfeld.
  • Persönlichkeit: Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zielorientierung sowie sichere Deutsch- UND Englischkenntnisse (ab B2) für den lokalen und internationalen Austausch.
