  • Meet with global delivery teams to understand our business processes and create standard operating procedures
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable deliverables
  • Support development of business cases and solution recommendations
  • Consolidate large volumes of qualitative and quantitative inputs into executive-ready outputs (e.g., decks, summaries, insights)
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Engage across business, operations, risk, and technology teams in a highly matrixed environment
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and governance reviews
  • Provide clear, concise, executive-ready reporting and presentations to leadership
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Present insights in a clear, meaningful, and actionable format for varied audiences
  • Enhance data quality, transparency, and reporting efficiency
  • Continuous Improvement & Change Management
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and delivery practices
  • Drive adoption of standardized methodologies and tools
  • Support change management and communication efforts to ensure successful implementation
  • Contribute to strengthening operational effectiveness and delivery discipline

Work Experience / Knowledge:
