Our colleagues have the opportunity to grow and develop a career that offers both individual and company success, contribute to an ownership culture that values diverse perspectives, and impact the health and lives of millions of people. Role Summary
Serve as the strategic front door and portfolio-orchestration capability for Platform & Enablement Services, connecting enterprise demand to the right capabilities and providing integrated visibility across priorities, resources, investments and dependencies.
What You Will Achieve
Clear, consistent front door for significant demand
Integrated leadership visibility across priorities, investments, resources, milestones and dependencies
Higher-quality investment and resource decisions
Disciplined intake, prioritization and portfolio decision-making
Effective handoffs from demand through execution and ongoing ownership
Earlier shaping of complex strategic demand, including business development and mergers and acquisitions
How You Will Achieve It
You will serve as a primary entry point into Platform & Enablement Services for significant enterprise and Global Business Services demand.
You will assess incoming needs for strategic fit, urgency, scale and required capabilities and translate demand into preliminary delivery and resource requirements.
You will establish portfolio governance, structure and controls and coordinate assessment of requirements, dependencies and sequencing across capabilities.
You will maintain integrated visibility of demand, committed work, roadmaps, capacity, investments, risks and cross-portfolio dependencies.
You will integrate value, urgency, capacity, AI-enablement opportunities and dependencies into recommendations to proceed, sequence, defer, redirect or further assess demand.
You will partner with sponsors and Finance to shape and challenge business cases, investments and resource assumptions.
You will advise leaders on complex enterprise initiatives, including business development, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic demand, before work moves into execution.
Decision Rights and Role Boundaries
The role decides intake and assessment approaches, portfolio-governance routines, visibility standards and coordination requirements. It recommends or co-decides portfolio priorities, sequencing, investment and capacity trade-offs and the appropriate pathway for significant demand. It does not own business outcomes, functional process decisions, solution development or delivery execution; accountability transitions to the appropriate delivery capability once demand is mobilized, while this role retains portfolio-level governance, visibility and coordination.
Basic Qualifications

Successful candidates typically have at least 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise portfolio management, demand management, strategic planning or transformation governance, ideally in Global Business Services.
Typically at least 7 years of experience leading enterprise portfolio strategy, demand shaping, portfolio governance, capacity planning and investment recommendations.
Typically at least 5 years of experience developing or challenging business cases, resource strategies and investment recommendations for complex enterprise initiatives.
Demonstrated executive communication, systems thinking and influence without direct ownership of delivery or business outcomes.
