We’re seeking a talented and experienced Firmware Engineer / Embedded Software Developer to strengthen our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, verification, and validation of firmware and embedded software for our next generation of safety-critical control systems. You will work closely with hardware engineers, product owners, and other team members to develop efficient, reliable, robust, and high-performance embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• •Independent development of complex firmware solutions
• •Architecture and design of firmware systems
• •Drive improvements in software quality, testability, maintainability, and reliability
• •Mentor and support junior developers
• •Provide technical leadership on projects
• •Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• •Optionally, take on team leadership responsibilities in the medium term

Requirements

• •At least 5 years of professional experience in firmware development
• •Strong programming skills in C/C++
• •Extensive experience with modern microcontroller architectures
• •In-depth understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• •Experience in functional safety and/or cybersecurity
• •Good knowledge of communication protocols
• •Experience with version control systems, such as Git
