Job Description

Job Description

Purpose of Role The SPM will drive campaign execution for in-line (mature) products and will later lead new product launch readiness. Reporting to the Marketing Manger of the China Marketing Team, the role will focus on turning in-line brand strategy into campaigns that work in the field. As the new product launch, the focus will be analyzing business opportunities and developing the launch strategy, go-to-market (GTM) plan and brand plans, to unlock business potential across the HIV portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive campaign execution for in-line products, from campaign design and material development to field rollout and performance tracking.
  • As the launch approaches, support the Marketing Director in launching the new product in China, including launch readiness planning, milestone tracking and cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and maintain the forecast model (FCST) and business assumptions to support launch planning, target setting and resource allocation.
  • Turn market understanding and customer insights into a clear GTM strategy and actionable business tactics.
  • Keep good communication with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strive for execution excellence.
  • Build strong product and disease-area knowledge.
  • Comply with all relevant company compliance requirements, policies, procedures and work practices.

Key Activities:

  • Turn in-line brand strategy into integrated campaigns. Develop key messages, field tools and execution guidance, and track campaign KPIs and business impact.
  • Build the forecast model (e.g., patient-based or epidemiology-based), covering patient flow, uptake curve, share and switch assumptions, and pricing/access scenarios. Update it regularly with market data.
  • Develop the GTM plan for the new product: target patient segments, priority hospitals and customers, channel strategy, and launch sequencing.
  • Design, manage and implement promotional activities and strategic projects to a high standard, meeting timeline and budget goals.
  • Develop promotional materials for both in-line products and the new product.
  • Provide product and strategy training to sales and other functional teams, and follow up on how tools and campaigns are used in the field.
  • Generate insights from market research, competitive landscape and brand performance analysis, and contribute to brand strategy and tactics.
  • Pilot innovation projects.
  • Coordinate with Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements and Capabilities:

  • Experienced in a CMKT team, with strong strategic thinking, mature program execution and agile learning capacity.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns for in-line brands, from strategy to field rollout.
  • New product launch experience is required. Hands-on experience with launch readiness, forecasting and GTM planning.
  • Solid understanding of marketing: able to translate market and customer insights into brand strategy and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to build and interpret forecast models independently, using IQVIA, in-market sales and CRM data.
  • Good project management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Able to write English business documents and present to regional and global teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (forecast modeling, pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint (business storyline and leadership presentations) and Word. Power BI experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • A major in medicine, pharmacy or a related field is a plus.

Working Experience:
