What You'll Do

As our Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate financial data across the organization.

Accounts Receivable & Order Management

• •Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and billings
• •Apply and reconcile customer payments
• •Monitor aging reports and assist with collections
• •Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues

Accounts Payable & Purchasing

• •Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
• •Verify coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
• •Reconcile vendor statements
• •Coordinate with receiving and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies

Cost & Manufacturing Accounting

• •Assist with inventory transactions and reconciliations
• •Support job costing and work order tracking
• •Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end reconciliations
• •Maintain organized records and internal controls

NetSuite Implementation Support

• •Assist with data validation, migration, and testing
• •Support parallel system comparisons
• •Help document processes and train users on new workflows

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• •2+ years of accounting experience
• •Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end close activities
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Ability to commit to a minimum six-month engagement with interest in a long-term opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with NetSuite ERP
• •Manufacturing accounting experience
• •Knowledge of inventory valuation, work-in-process (WIP), standard costing, or job costing
• •ERP implementation or conversion experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22-$27 per hour
• Location: On-site in Anderson, Indiana
