Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Brieskow-Finkenheerd suchen wir Sie als

Standortleiter / Fertigungsleiter (m/w) Schweißkonstruktionen

  • Standort: Brieskow-Finkenheerd bei Frankfurt (Oder) - Operative und disziplinarische Führung eines wachsenden Fertigungsteams
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termintreue und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Schweißproduktion
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Abläufen und Kapazitäten im Zuge des Standortwachstums
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Personalgewinnung und dem Teamaufbau vor Ort
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Mutterstandort in Gummersbach - Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Schweißtechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse in der Schweißtechnik sind entscheidend, Zertifikat (SFI / EWE / IWE) wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung kleinerer Produktionsteams
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Sie packen selbst mit an und führen auf Augenhöhe
  • Freude an Aufbauarbeit und die Bereitschaft, einen Standort schrittweise mitzuentwickeln
  • Wohnort im Raum Frankfurt (Oder) oder Umzugsbereitschaft - 30 Tage Urlaub
