Standortleitung - Facharzt (m/w/d) Arbeitsmedizin

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeitsmedizinische Versorgung der Klienten
  • Diagnostik und Erstellung von Vorsorgeplänen
  • Repräsentation des Standorts
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Personal - und Ressourcenplanung
  • Sicherstellung von Aus - und Weiterbildung

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharztanerkennung für die Arbeitsmedizin
  • Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsumfeld und in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Beratungs- und Projektmanagementkompetenz
