### Ihre Aufgaben

Übernahme unternehmerischer Verantwortung im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie, einschließlich Personal- und Budgetverantwortung
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung innovativer, zukunftsorientierter Bildungskonzepte und deren Umsetzung
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Angebote im Bereich SGB II und SGB III
Pflege und Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsagenturen, Jobcentern und Unternehmen
