## Das erwarten wir

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung Pflegefachkraft oder Altenpflege
  • Eine Weiterbildung zur Stationsleitung wäre wünschenswert, ist jedoch nicht Maßgabe
  • Kreativität, Sozialkompetenz sowie lösungs- und zielorientierte Handlungsweisen
  • Eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Engagement sowie Durchsetzungs- und Organisationsvermögen
  • Die Bereitschaft zur kooperativen und konstruktiven fachabteilungs- und professionsübergreifenden, interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verbindliches Auftreten sowie wirtschaftliches Handeln und Denken.
