Sozialarbeit im Bereich Täterarbeit im Rahmen häuslicher Gewalt / Gewaltprävention

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln Strategien zur Durchführung von einzel- und gruppenpädagogischen Maßnahmen zur freiwilligen Arbeit mit Männern, die im Rahmen häuslicher Gewalt auffällig geworden sind und an ihrem Verhalten arbeiten wollen.
  • Enge Kooperation mit Netzwerkpartnern
  • Praktische Umsetzung ggf. im Team
  • Konzeptionelle Arbeit

Sie bringen mit:

  • Studienabschluss im Bereich Soziale Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik
  • fachliche und persönliche Kompetenz
  • eine flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern
  • Führerschein und möglichst eigener PKW
